Education centre and regeneration centre of working power in Kežmarské Žlaby - High Tatra

The purpose of the Project is to improve the professional capacity of members of the Trade Union of Workers in Education and Science in Kežmarské Žlaby, with the overall objective of improving the level of qualification of pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees in the field of social dialogue and ICT. Reference is made to the application dated 4 July 2008 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Building an education and relaxation centre (in Kežmarské Žlaby, allotment 421/2 in the land registry Tatranska Lomnika); - Equiping the education centre; - Module 1 Education activities (exchange of experience with Norway in the sphere of social dialogue, equality and partnership); - Module 2 Education activities (programme of education modules within EC regulations on social dialogue and partnership); - Module 3 Education activities (programme of education modules within life-long learning in the sphere of ICT skills for pedagogues); - Closing conference; and - Management (including tender/purchase of services) and publicity. The Project Promoter is the Trade Union of Workers in Education and Science of Slovakia. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Slovak government provides at least 10 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
