Static assurance of castle and bastions emergency conditions in Halic

The purpose of the Project is to reconstruct the castle of Halic to prevent it from irreversible damage and to make it accessible to the public with the overall objective to preserve a national historic landmark for future generations and thus contribute to the conservation of European cultural heritage. Reference is made to the application dated 21 January 2008 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Secured south-east wing tower of the castle; - Renewed gas supply to the castle; - Renewed electrical supply to the castle including a transformer station; - Renovated and reconstructed bastion; - Management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the company IMET, a.s. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 50.16 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
