Sharing is caring

The aim of the project "Sharing is Caring" is to provide people with disabilities with targeted professional advice to increase their quality of life. The aim is to bring professionals to people with disabilities and to increase awareness and readiness for living with a physical disability through educational activities. The goal is to organize 2-day trainings with experts in 4 cities (Pezinok, Kováčová, Liptovský Mikuláš and Humenné) for 400 wheelchair users and 400 assistants. Another activity of the project is to create a manual with specific advice and recommendations from experts. The created manual will also contain records of lectures of individual lecturers and technical information on the correct use of various technical aids for the disabled (wheelchairs, elevators, barrels, etc.).
