In the city district of Bratislava, Dúbravka, social and legal protection measures are implemented only in the form of field social work.  However, the number of children and young people at risk in Dúbravka is currently increasing. The number of drug users is on the rise. Juvenile delinquency is increasing. Conversely, the age at which they first experiment with alcohol or cigarettes decreases.  In Dúbravka, although the youth infrastructure is built, it does not fully meet the needs of this group. There are football courts with an artificial surface, but youth prefer skateparks, pump tracks or legal walls for graffiti. On the other hand, there is no adult on the pitch to give them a helping hand in a difficult situation.

Fieldwork is needed to systematically map the needs of children and young people and help them to meet them. According to the project, the fieldwork is to be carried out 2 times a week and, if additional resources could be committed, 4 times a week. An important strategy is also to create a place to meet this group and to create a low-threshold club. Target groups should be involved in all activities. This club is to be built either in containers on a playground (park) or by acquiring space in a building managed by the borough. Target groups will be involved in the PR of this project to gain community support, also taking into account their views on what space should contain for them. The aim is also to convince the city district management about the merits of the project.

The project aims to strengthen the field of social work in Dúbravka. Recruiting a new employee will extend the organization 's services to. This will increase the availability of services and their quality. The project will have 2 main lines. The first will be the field social work services themselves and the second will be the preparation for the establishment of a low-threshold club in Dubravka. The target group of the project are non-public citizens, children and youth.
