The aim of the project is institutional development, strategy setting and better sustainability and fundraising of the Divé maky, which has been operating successfully for 10 years but needs to reach a higher quality level to remain sustainable. The project is designed to help professionalize the organization and improve sustainability by improving the skills of the whole team, strengthening competencies, introducing changes to improve the quality of organization management, improving planning, implementing modern strategies, improving financial sustainability crowdfunding campaign in cooperation with the partners.

The starting point for the project is the need for the development, professionalization and sustainability for at least the next 10 years. Based on an internal analysis, they identified basic challenges: a non-existent medium-term (3-year) and long-term (7-year) coherent organization strategy; management, presentation, communication skills and project writing; better financial stabilization of the Divé maky scholarship program, etc. Based on this analysis, the project aims to create cooperation with experts and institutions, able to help the organization and the team members to plan a sustainable strategy of organization development, communication towards the public and fundraising, including crowdfunding.

There are two partners involved in the activities of the project. PR agency SKPR STRATEGIES, s.r.o. will provide pro bono services within the project publicity and planned crowdfunding campaign in February 2020. The partner will develop a comprehensive communication strategy for the project, provide communication training for the team etc. The RespectAPP advertising agency will ensure pro bono the creative part of the crowdfunding campaign in February 2020 to attract as many people as possible to support Divé maky at the lowest cost of the campaign. The Agency is also responsible for preparing the campaign visuals and overall campaign strategy.
