The project titled "Decent Work for Agriculture Workers through Social Dialogue" aimed to establish decent working conditions for workers in the agricultural sector by fostering a common vision for a sustainable agriculture sector through active social dialogue among stakeholders. The primary objectives were to improve social dialogue and cooperation, promote decent work standards, and raise awareness and capacity among workers and employers about decent work conditions and rights.

To achieve these goals, the project involved several key activities. It began with mapping the current state of social dialogue in the agricultural sector through surveys and events. This was followed by developing local networks and training programs to establish decent work committees and new bipartite and tripartite dialogue groups. Six regional consultation meetings were organized to foster dialogue among stakeholders, and legal proposals were made to extend decent work rights to seasonal and farm workers.
