The project aimed to improve work-life balance and promote gender equality, not only within the industrial sectors but also in institutions and organizations. It sought to strengthen social dialogue and act as a catalyst for gender equality and better working conditions. The main deliverable of the project was a technological platform designed to deploy training actions for workers in these sectors, raising awareness about gender equality. These digital tools and platforms could easily be applied to other sectors and used by institutions to foster social dialogue on these topics. The tools also promoted the participation and training of women in the industrial sector, enabling them to take part in national strategies, systems, and policies that promoted work-life balance and gender equality.
