The project raised the capacity of social partners to participate in both tripartite and bipartite social dialogue through transfer of best practices and training.
The project’s overall aim is to raise the capacity of social partners to participate in both tripartite and bipartite social dialogue through the transfer of best practices and training.
The project consists of several main blocks. The project will be initiated by networking meetings with Norwegian partner for experts and social dialogue stakeholders with the aim to study the social dialogue in Norway. Based on that, both partners will prepare a comparative analysis and a strategy for improving the social dialogue in Poland, which will be further developed during expert's study visit to Norway. The knowledge will be transferred to broader stakeholders during local workshops in Poland, conference and awareness raising activities. These activities will serve as capacity building of the promoter to participate in both tripartite and bipartite social dialogue.
The specific objectives of the project are:
- Promoting sectoral social dialogue for further improvement of the work environment;
- Enhancing bipartite and tripartite dialogue on issues and challenges of the electromechanical and defense sector in Poland on the basis of Nordic model
- Raising awareness of impact of trade unions on the condition and potential of undertaking and its competitive position, as well as well-being of its employees
