The project aimed at achieving a better and more effective social dialogue by strengthening the roles of the social partnership at all levels of the industry through training and capacity-building through a strong involvement of the Norwegian partner Industri Energi. The project promoter ECHOZ is a federation of trade unions from chemical and power engineering sector in Slovakia. At international level, it is associated to IndustrieAll Europe, IndustrieAll Global and EPSU.
Key activities:
- Initial conference - expected participation of 40 ECHOZ representatives involved in the project, representative of IE Norway, representatives of ZZES, project promoters
- Four International discussion forums - participation of 15 ECHOZ representatives, 6 representatives from abroad (IE Norway, ECHO Czech Republic, Austria), representatives of ZZES, project promoters
- Organization of four training and workshops - a total of 4 activities - participation of 56 ECHOZ representatives, IE Norway representative, lecturers, ZZES representatives, project promoters
- Organising four information campaigns
- Final international conference on project results - expected participation of 40 ECHOZ representatives, representative of IE Norway, representatives of ZZES, project promoters
