The project aimed to raise awareness about decent work aspects among the general public and to train employers, social partner staff, and public servants. This initiative responded to the need to highlight decent work topics identified during stakeholder meetings, particularly in addressing social disparities. The overall objective was to enhance the implementation of the decent work agenda, ensuring fair and decent working conditions.

In Slovenia, the project promoter recognized a significant need to increase awareness that decent work encompasses more than just the absence of short-term contracts. It involves various aspects that require discussion and practical application among experts, the general public, and social partner staff. These groups were to be properly trained on decent work issues and equipped to train others.

The project achieved its goals through a combination of training sessions, awareness-raising activities, and initiatives for exchanging knowledge and best practices. By doing so, it aimed to foster a deeper understanding and implementation of decent work principles across different sectors.
