Research and development training on Biological, Ocean, Environment and Health Sciences

The purpose of the Fund is to promote mobility of students, scholars and researchers between Portugal and the EEA/EFTA states with the overall objective of supporting education, research and innovation and maintaining a skilled workforce in the fields of biological, ocean, environment and health sciences in Portugal. The completed Fund shall include the following activities and results: - Financing of scholarships (individual mobility grants) for Master and PhD students, academics and researchers from Portugal with particular attention to the fields of biological, ocean, environment and health sciences at research institutions in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein; - Fund management. The Intermediary is the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Intermediary provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible costs of the Fund.
