Construction of a sanitary waste water system and expansion of the waste water treatment plant in the agglomeration of Grabownica Starzenska.

The purpose of the Project is to extend the sewerage collection system for Grabownica Starzenska agglomeration and increase the capacity of the existing wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), with the overall objective of improved public health, surface and ground water ecology. Reference is made to the application dated 28 October 2008 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: • Construction of 1,605 metres of sewers in Grabownica Starzenska, including 2 intermediate pumping stations • Construction of 10,330 m of sewers in Humniska, including 3 intermediate pumping stations • Expansion of the WWTP capacity to 500 m3/d including some modernisation work • Project management and promotion. The Project Promoter is the Brzozów Gmina. The Focal Point shall ensure that Project Promoter provides at least 19.53 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
