"Reconstruction and modernisation of district sewage treatment plant in Besko"

The purpose of the Project is the reconstruction and modernisation of the sewage treatment plant in Besko commune, with the overall objective of safe long-term public health, ecology of surface and ground water. Reference is made to the application dated 12 April 2007 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Reconstruction and modernisation of a reactor, technical building, sewage pumping station, external networks, roads and sidewalks; - Electric installation in the existing technical and social building; - Purchase of specialized devices for automatics: measurements, signalling, weather forecasting; - Management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the District of Besko. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the total estimated eligible Project cost.
