Thermomodernisation of Elementary School and Municipal Kindergarten buildings in Recz

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of the kindergarten and primary school building in Recz Gmina, with the overall objective of protecting the environment by reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 28 November 2005 and all subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: I. preparatory and thermomodernisation works in kindergarten building in Recz: - demolition, removing rubble, paving stones around the building, installing new gutters and downpipes, repairment works; - thermal insulation of outside walls and cellars' ceiling, new windows, plastering walls, replacing old central heating system with installation of a new one II. preparatory and thermomodernisation works in primary school building in Recz: - demolition, removing rubble, paving stones around the building, installing new gutters and downpipes, brick reinforced concrete works; - thermal insulation of outside walls and roof, new windows and doors, lightning protection installation, outdoor lighting, ventilation works, wall insulation, repairing and finishing works III. modernisation of central heating system in old school building: - replacement of radiators; - replacement of pipes IV. publicity and management The Project Promoter is the Recz Gmina (Polish Municipality of Recz). The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 34.11 percent of the total eligible Project cost.
