Thermomodernisation of public education facilities in Elblag.

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of three public education facilities in Elblag by reducing the consumption of thermal energy, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application dated 25 November 2005 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Preparation and implementation of tender procedure; - Thermo-modernisation works in 3 public education facilities, Special Care and Education Centre no.1, Boarding House no.3 and Secondary School Complex; and - Publicity and management activities. The Project Promoter is the City Commune of Elblag. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the total eligible Project cost.
