"HEALTH - MUM AND ME"

The purpose of the Project is to implement 5 preventive health programmes , with the overall objective of improving the health of the citizens of Slupsk city and district. Reference is made to the application dating 13 April 2007, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - works associated with adapting and extending a building housing the relocated outpatient clinics; - purchase of furniture and equipment ; - implementation of 5 prophylaxis programmes: "Birth quality – life quality", "Prevention of dysplasia of the pelvic joints in babies", "Breast-feeding is best for child and mother", "Family planning as responsible parenthood", "Healthy life – good life"; - management and publicity activities. The Project Promoter is the Slupsk City Commune. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
