Low emission elimination in the City Centre (Sródmiescie) District including Casimir's Town (Miasto Kazimierzowskie) in Radom through municipal heating system extension.

The purpose of the Project is to extend the heating distribution network in Radom city centre and Casimir Town, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 12 April 2007 and all subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Construction of new pipelines; - Construction of heat distribution centres and; - Project management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the Thermal Power Plant "RADPEC" plc in Radom The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 60 percent of the total eligible Project cost.
