Effective Social Assistance

The purpose of the Project is to increase the employees' skills and competences at the Municipal Social Assistance Centre (MOPS) and Adoption and Care Centre (OAO) at the Municipality of Wroclaw, with the overall objective to improve the quality of public services in Poland. Reference is made to the application, dated 16 April 2007 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Provision of professional training courses; - Provision of foreign languages and computer training courses; - Provision of post graduate training courses; - Project management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the Municipality of Wroclaw. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
