Implementation of Management Methodologies for IT Services, Projects and Programmes at the Bydgoszcz City Office

The purpose of the Project is to introduce the Prince2 project management methods and to implement ITIL processes, with the overall objective of improving the IT services of Bydgoszcz City Office. Reference is made to the application dating 7 December 2007, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - assessment of performance; - training in Prince2 and ITIL methodology; - implementation of Programme and Project Office (Prince2); - implementation of ITIL; - management and publicity measures. The Project Promoter is the city of Bydgoszcz. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible project cost.
