The Cultural Exchange Fund under the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism

The purpose of the Fund is to support the cultural exchange between Poland and the EEA EFTA countries, with the overall objective of strengthening dialogue and cultural co-operation. Reference is made to the application, dated 18 September 2007, and additional information provided by the Focal Point on 14 November 2007. The completed Fund shall include the following activities and results: - grants in the field of music and performing arts; cultural heritage; plastic and visual arts; and literature and archives. - management of the Fund (including publicity); The Intermediary is the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Intermediary provides at least 10 percent of the estimated eligible cost of the Fund.
