Thermal modernization of building facilities of Slawno Municipal Commune – Friendly town in the West Pomeranian region

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings in Slawno by improving their thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 8 January 2007, and further correspondence with the Focal Point dated 23 April and 6 June 2007. The completed Project shall include the replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the facade walls and roofs, and modernisation of the central heating system in the following public utility buildings: 1. Kindergarten no. 1, Wojska Polskiego Street 2 in Slawno; 2. Kindergarten no. 3, Filtrowa Street 1 in Slawno; 3. Kindergarten no. 4, Cieszkowskiego Street 1 in Slawno; 4. Town Library, Rapackiego Street 16a in Slawno; 5. Town Welfare Centre, Mielczarskiego Street 1 in Slawno; 6. Municipal Road and Greenery Management, Polankowska Street 41 in Slawno. The Project Promoter is the Municipality of Slawno. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
