Thermo-modernization of the public utilities objects in the municipality of Chmielno.

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of four public utility buildings in Chmielno Municipality by improving their thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 10 January 2007, and further correspondence with the Focal Point dated 16 April and 30 May 2007. The completed Project shall include the replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the facade walls and roofs, and modernisation of the central heating system in the following four public utility buildings: 1. Group of Schools in Miechucino, 1 Szkolna Street; 2. Municipality Center of Culture, Sport and Recreation in Chmielno, 20 Gryfa Pomorskiego Street; 3. Group of Schools in Chmielno, 28 Grzedzickiego Street; 4. Municipality Office, 22 Gryfa Pomorskiego Street. The Project Promoter is Chmielno Municipality. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
