The Thermomodernisation of Public Buildings in the Slupecki Poviat - The Grammar School and the Public Health Service Institution.

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of two public building complexes in Poviat Slupecki by improving their thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 8 January 2007, and further correspondence with the Focal Point dated 9 and 31 May 2007. The completed Project shall include the replacement of windows and doors, insulation of the facade walls and roofs, and modernisation of the central heating system in the following two public utility buildings: 1. Grammar School; and 2. Public Health Service Institution (Hospital): the Main Building, the Lung Disease and Tuberculosis Unit, and the Surgery and Administrative Unit. The Project Promoter is Poviat Slupecki. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
