Thermo modernization of the Groups of Schools – buildings: High School and Elementary School in Walim.

The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermal modernisation of public buildings in the Walim Community, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 12 December 2006, and additional information received through the Focal Point, dated 11 January 2007 and 22 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: Thermo modernisation works in the High School and the Elementary School in Walim (modernisation of the hot water system, insulation of roof, cellar and outer walls, exchange of windows and outside doors and modernisation of the central heating system). The Project Promoter is the Walim Community. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
