Thermal modernisation of public utility buildings of the Wierzbica Borough.

The purpose of the Project is to increase the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in Wierzbica Borough by improving their thermal insulation properties, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application dated 5 September 2006, and correspondence with the Focal Point dated 7 December 2006, 28 February 2007 and 13 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: 1. Primary School in Wierzbica: Thermo insulation of roofs and external walls; Replacement of windows and doors; Modernisation of the central heating system, including replacement of radiators; Replacement of the boiler (heating furnace). 2. Health Care Unit in Wierzbica: Thermo insulation of roofs and external walls; Replacement of windows and doors; Modernisation of the central heating system, including replacement of radiators. 3. The office building of Wierzbica Borough: Thermo insulation of roofs and external walls; Replacement of windows and doors; Modernisation of the central heating system, including replacement of radiators. 4. Project publicity. The Project Promoter is Wierzbica Borough. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
