The thermo modernization of the public utility buildings in Zabludów Community.

The purpose of the Project is the reduction of thermal energy consumption through thermo modernisation of public buildings in Zabludów, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application, dated 31 August 2006, and additional information received through the Focal Point, dated 18 December 2006 and 26 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: Thermo modernisation works in threepublic elementary schools, the city office, a secondary school, a kindergarten, a voluntary fire brigade, a healthcare centre and the public library (thermal insulation works, exchange of central heating installations, and installation of automatic exhausters and thermostatic valves). The Project Promoter is the Zabludów Commune. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
