"Thermal Modernisation of Educational Facilities in the City of Przemysl I Stage"

The purpose of the Project is to improve the energy efficiency properties of school buildings in the municipality of Przemysl, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application dated 4 September 2006, and correspondence with the Focal Point dated 5 December 2006, 15 February 2007 and 7 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - The thermal insulation of external walls, including those of the basement, the thermal insulation of flat roofs and the replacement of windows and external doors in the following public utility buildings: 1. Primary School No. 4 in Przemysl 2. Primary School No. 15 in Przemysl 3. Lower Secondary School No. 3 in Przemysl 4. Technical School Complex in Przemysl – school and dormitory - Project publicity. The Project Promoter is Przemysl Municipality. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
