Complex thermo-modernization of the buildings of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The purpose of the Project is to improve the energy efficiency properties of six buildings housing the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Technical University of Lódz, with the overall objective of protecting the environment through reducing the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere. Reference is made to the application dated 4 September 2006, and correspondence with the Focal Point dated 4 December 2006, 16 February 2007 and 20 March 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Thermo-modernisation of buildings number 23, 24, 25, 48, 51 and 52 belonging to the Technical University of Lódz. The works will consist of: thermal insulation of walls and roofs; replacement of doors and windows; replacement of the central heating installation (pipes, valves, radiators); installation of tabular radiators with thermostatic valves and automatic deaerators. - Project publicity. The Project Promoter is Lódz Technical University. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
