Improvement of children health care availability and quality in Radviliškis Hospital (early diagnostic of diseases and treatment) and assurance of health care services quality control

The purpose of the Project is to improve the quality of services for children in the Radviliškis hospital by strengthening diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation facilities, with the overall objective of improving the availability and quality of children health care in the Radviliškis region. Reference is made to the application dated 22 January 2009 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Project management, including audit, insurance and publicity, - Renovation work at the department of children's diseases, - Purchase of equipment and furniture, including IT equipment, and - Staff training and purchase of assessment tests. The Project Promoter is the Radviliškio Ligoniné (Radviliškis hospital). The Focal Point shall ensure that the Ministry of Finance provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
