The purpose of the Project is the restoration of Liubavas manor watermill and its adaptation to cultural and public needs with the overall objective of preserving important cultural heritage objects in the district of Vilnius. Reference is made to the application, dated 31 July 2008 and all subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Prepare and execute tenders for public procurement; - Renovation works and landscaping; - Creation and installation of exposition; - Purchase of equipment for the museum office and educational activities; - Management and publicity activities. The Project Promoter is the Public Institution "Europos Parkas". The Focal Point shall ensure that the Lithuanian Government provides at least 15 percent and the Project Promoter at least 10.2 percent of the total estimated eligible Project costs.
