European Roma Special College of Music

The purpose of the Project is to establish and equip the European Roma Special College of Music, with the overall objective of improving the social and economic inclusion of the Roma minority. Reference is made to the application dated 13 May 2008, and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - construction planning, tender procedures and selection of managers and external experts; - construction works; - procurement and purchase of equipment, tools and instruments; - HR management activities and hiring of staff; - opening of training centre in Felsoörs; - publicity and management. The Project Promoter is the Camp Europe Felsoörs LLC Nonprofit Limited Liability Company (Camp Europe Felsoörs LLC / Kft.). Subject to national law, the Project shall be implemented in partnership with the Norwegian Jazz Society, the Local Government of the Town of Veszprem of County Rank, the Social Innovation Partnership, and the Faculty of Information Technology and Anglo-American Institute at Pannon University. The Focal Point shall ensure that The State Secretariat for Minority and National Policy of the Prime Minister's Office provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible project cost.
