"Heritage of Treasure Bácska" - Cultural, Artistic and Community Centre of Upper Bácska

The purpose of the Project is to reconstruct a historical buildings complex located at the Holy Trinity Square in Baja and to establish a culture and arts centre, with the overall objective of preserving the cultural heritage in Hungary. Reference is made to the application dated 18 June 2008, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - demolition, reconstruction and renovation works; - building engineering works (e.g. heating-cooling, air-conditioning, heat pump); - purchase and installation of systems (e.g. fire alarm, security, telephone, electricity, lighting technology, IT, sound and stage technology); - interior design and purchase of furniture; - project management, including services (designer service, market strategy, elaboration of house rules, organisation of public procurement, legal and technical supervision) and publicity. The Project Promoter is the municipality of Baja. The Focal Point shall ensure that the municipality of Baja shall provide at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible project cost
