National - NGO fund

The purpose of the Fund is to strengthen civil society in Hungary by supporting sub-projects within the priority sectors of the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism, with the overall objective of ensuring the participation of NGOs in the reduction of social and economic disparities within the EEA. Reference is made to the donor-approved Terms of Reference for the NGO fund in Hungary of 25 September 2007 , the Operator's bid of 27 November 2007, and the agreement for the NGO fund in Hungary between the FMO and the Operator of February 2008. The completed Fund shall include the following activities and results: - fund management, including evaluation, monitoring, financial control, reporting, re-granting, and publicity/informational activities. The Operator is the Hungarian Environmental Partnership Foundation.
