Facade renovation of Nádasdy castle with historical significance and developing of public utility based on utilisation plans.

The purpose of the Project is to renovate externally the Nádasdy castle, with the overall objective of reinvigorating cultural life in Fejér County. Reference is made to the application dating 25 September 2006, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - renovation of the façade of the building (architectural renovation); - renovation of windows, doors, and wrought-iron decorations (correction and/or replacement); - reconstruction of the ventilation tunnel and laying pavement around the building; - project management and publicity activities. The Project Promoter is the Nádasdy Foundation for the art and the environment. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Ministry of Education and Culture provides at least 8.2 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost, and that the Project Promoter provides at least 1.8 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
