Improving student, researchers and artists mobility and cooperation between Spain, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein

The purpose of the Fund is to increase the mobility of students and researchers between the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (the UCM) and selected universities in the EEA EFTA countries as well as to improve the quantity and quality of research activities in mathematics and fine arts at the UCM with the overall objective to improve the quality and international dimension of studies and research at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (the UCM) and in selected universities in the donor countries. Reference is made to the application dated 25 July 2008 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Fund shall include the following activities and results: - re-granting to sub-projects under the three components of the Fund: EEA Erasmus grants, ABEL UCM-EEA Extraordinary Chair and MUNCH UCM-EEA Extraordinary Chair; - management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (the UCM). The Focal Point shall ensure that the Intermediary provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible costs of the Fund.
