Technical assistance to the Focal Point

The purpose of the Project is to provide support to the Focal Point and the Paying Authority, with the overall objective of strengthening the implementation of the EEA Financial Mechanism in Spain. Reference is made to the application, dated 27 September 2007, and additional information provided by the Focal Point on 30 October 2007. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - additional management systems at the Focal Point; - additional management systems at the Paying Authority; - activities of the Monitoring Agent. The Project Promoter is the Dirección General de Fondos Comunitarios. The Focal Point shall provide at least 20 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
