"THINK GREEN"

The purpose of the Project is to improve the environmental consciousness and ecological awareness amongst SMEs, with the overall objective of reducing the negative environmental impact from SME's located in urban areas. Reference is made to the application dated 1 December 2008 and all subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Environmental Awareness Programme for the enterprises- members of ACCI; - Creation of Green Business Angels Network; - Establishing an environmental mentor programme; - Creation and development of the web portal "Green Portal for SME's"; - Management and publicity activities including establishment of a Coordination board and a scientific team. The Project Promoter is the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (A.C.C.I.). The Focal Point shall ensure that the Greek Government provides at least 50 percent of the estimated eligible project cost.
