Establishing greenways in the Keila pine grove

The purpose of the Project is to provide facilities for active recreation for residents and the habitants of the SOS Children's Village, with the overall objective of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of Keila, including the people with special needs and social risk groups. Reference is made to the application dated 28 June 2007 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Preparation of the project (including detailed planning; designing the construction plans; public procurement); - Construction of greenways infrastructure; - Construction of sports facilities; - Management and publicity. The Project Promoter is Keila Town Government. Subject to national law, the Project shall be implemented in partnership with Harju County Chamber of Disabled People and SOS Children's Village Association of Estonia. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15.03 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
