Puurmani manor as a tourism object

The purpose of the Project is to renovate the Puurmani Manor building for use as a public school and tourism destination, with the overall objective of preserving Estonian architectural heritage and attracting tourists. Reference is made to the application dated 8 August 2007 and any subsequent correpsondance with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall involve the following activities and results: - Ground floor construction and restoration works; - Installation works (including power, water and sewage, heating, ventilation, fire alarm); - Renovation of the façade; - Renovation of the roof; - Project management and publicity activities. The Project Promoter is the Puurmani Rural Municipality. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated total eligible project costs.
