Renovation of the northern wing of Rogosi Manor

The purpose of the Project is to renovate and develop the Rogosi manor complex into a learning and village centre, with the overall objective of preserving the cultural heritage in the Haanja Rural Municipality. Reference is made to the application, dated 21 June 2007 and subsequente correspondence with the Focal Point dated 22 August, 23 October and 2 November. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Implementation of construction works (i.e. demolition works; construction of a new assembly hall and other facilities; work regarding water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation and electricity) - Construction supervision and heritage conservation supervision. - Project management and publicity - Procurement works (for renovation and construction supervision) The Project Promoter is the Haanja Rural Municipality. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost.
