Fund for non-Governmental Organisations (NGO Fund)

The purpose of the Fund is to improve the capacity, role and influence of Estonian civil society organisations, with the overall objective of supporting the economic and social development through strengthening the civil society in Estonia. Reference is made to the application received 15 May 2007 and subsequent correspondence dated 5 June and 12 June 2007. The completed Fund shall include the following activities and results: - Fund management; - re-granting towards selected sub-projects; - publicity and information activities. The Intermediary is the Open Estonia Foundation. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Estonian Government provides at least 9.09 percent of the total estimated eligible costs of the Fund.
