Renovation of the Chotesov Elementary School

The purpose of the Project is to renovate and furnish facilities of the Chotešov elementary school (district: Plzen-jih, Plzenska 388, 332 14 Chotesov) for further development of human resources; with the overall objective of improved education facilities and human resource development in the Czech Republic. Reference is made to the application dated 18 October 2006 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: (1) Project management (including publicity); (2) Renovation of the school sports hall, including the roof of the school sports hall; (3) Purchase and installation of equipment (including 2 language laboratories, 1 special classroom (physics, biology and chemistry laboratory) and the school kitchen). The Project Promoter is the town of Chotešov, Municipal Authority. Subject to national law, the Project shall be implemented in partnership with Základní školy Chotežov (the Chotešov elementary school); Mikroregion Radbuza (the Radbuza Micro Region) and Školská rada Základní školy Chotežov (the School board of the Chotešov elementary school). The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 15 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
