CEREBRUM is a unique service provider and help persons after the brain damage and their families (hereinafter referred to as ZPM). Its staffing capacities are insufficient due to the growing demands on the quality, volume and sustainability of the services provided, due to its social role in the prevention of brain damage.
The CEREBRUM project fulfills its long-term objectives: professionalization to stabilize the scope and quality of care, assistance and services provided to target groups for a long time. Along with the professionalization of project management and fundraising, we will launch an educational campaign aimed at preventing brain damage.
The first key activity is to create three new job positions within the Cerebra, which ensures a higher level of personnel, organizational and financial stability as the conditions for sustainability of the organization, its systematic development, expanding and improving the quality of the services provided, and specifically for the implementation of awareness-raising campaign.
The second is an MP3 educational campaign (Brain: Prevention - Help - Care), which hits a yet not yet developed target group: an economically active middle generation approaching risky age. Media-based communication (TV shows, spots, printed and online periodicals, social networks) and active participation in important educational events.
The project will be the completion of the professionalization of CEREBRUM as a significant patient organization whose assistance to persons after brain damage is irreplaceable in the Czech Republic. There will be an increase in the awareness of selected target groups about the possibilities and importance of CMP prevention, but also about the possibilities of addressing their consequences at individuals, families and society.
The professionalization and stabilization of CEREBRUM will benefit existing and potential clients.
