"Protected Home Together", village of Gurmazovo, municipality Bojurishte

The purpose of the Project is to develop appropriate support services for young adults leaving residential care facilities at the Foundation Protected Home Together, with the overall objective of improving the quality of life of young adults who are leaving state institutions in Bulgaria. Reference is made to the application dated 24 April 2008, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - purchase of equipment including a van; - provision of vocational training, psychological, social, and legal support for young adults, and organisation of cultural and leisure activities; - provision of training for the staff and elaboration of the manuals; - provision of follow up support for the young adults once they begin an independent life; - management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the "Foundation Protected Home Together." The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 10,22 percent of the total estimated eligible Project costs.
