Plan "Future" - Improvement of Dobrich Municipality Human Resource Capacity for Better Town Management, Planning and Development.

The purpose of the Project is to establish a coordinated and integrated approach to utility management, urban planning and management, with the overall objective to strengthen the administrative capacity of Dobrich Municipality to provide better services regarding urban planning, management and development. Reference is made to the application dated 22 April 2008 and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Geodetic mapping, digitalizing and data processing; - Establishing and harmonizing the System for Spatial Data Infrastructure; - Training of public officers and emergency authorities dealing with the system; - Best practice exchange; - Management and publicity. The Project Promoter is Dobrich Town Municipality. The Focal Point shall ensure that at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project cost are provided from the state budget.
