”TOGETHER FOR CHILDREN AT RISK – A MODEL FOR PREVENTION AND REINTEGRATION IN KYUSTENDIL MUNICIPALITY”

The purpose of the Project is to provide social services for children and families at risk, with the overall objective of supporting the social integration of children at risk in the Municipality of Kyustendil. Reference is made to the application dated 23 April 2008 and any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: - Project management, public procurement, audit and publicity - Renovation, furnishing and equipping the Municipal Centre for Social Support of CHildren and Families at Risk, - Construction and repair of playgrounds - youth areas and 'dreamers' children's spot, - Equipment of a Municipal Centre for free-time activities (United Children Complex), and - Creating and implementing a municipality strategy for the integration of children at risk. The Project Promoter is the Municipality of Kyustendil. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Bulgarian State budget provides at least 15 percent of the estimated eligible Project costs.
