MOdernization and buildings REhabilitation for better mental health CARE in District Dispensary for Psychiatric Disorders with Wards-Rousse - "MORE CARE" project

The purpose of the Project is to renovate and modernise the District Dispensary for Psychiatric Disorders with Wards-Rousse, with the overall objective to improve the quality and availability of psychiatric medical services in eight municipalities around Rousse. Reference is made to the application dated 24 April 2008, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: 1. Tender procedures; 2. Renovation of the addiction treatment ward; 3. Renovation of the men’s ward; 4. Renovation of the women’s ward; 5. Project management and publicity. The Project Promoter is the District Dispensary for Psychiatric Disorders with Wards-Rousse. Subject to national law, the Project shall be implemented in partnership with the Municipality of Rousse and the Confederation of European Social Firms, Employment Initiatives and Social Co-operatives. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter will provide at least 5.04 percent and the Municipality of Rousse at least 10.21 percent of the estimated total eligible costs.
