Food Traceability

The project aims at improving the hygienic and food safety standards in the Romanian food industry and to facilitate implementation of European regulations on food safety and traceability, through development of a well functioning IT-system for traceability and information handling within the meat industry by transferring know-how and technology developed by the Norwegian SME A/S SCASE, and adjusting the existing Scase Food Merit system (hardware, software, industrial terminals) to the demands and requests in the Romanian Meat Industry.
