The EEA and Norway Grants website in Poland was created by the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) in Brussels. It is part of a multisite system used by the FMO and all countries where these grants are implemented.
Poland's obligation to use the website provided by the FMO results from:
- The Regulation on the implementation of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2021-2028,
- The Regulation on the implementation of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2021-2028.
The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy (National Focal Point) is responsible for filling the website with content and in this regard ensures accessibility (e.g., by adding alternative texts to graphics, captions to videos, using plain language, etc.).
The content of the accessibility statement was prepared by the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels, and the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy only introduced minor changes to indicate:
- that it concerns the EEA and Norway Grants website in Poland,
- the ministry's role in ensuring accessibility on this website.
The original accessibility statement content prepared by the FMO, in English, can be found on the FMO website.
The FMO is responsible for updating the accessibility statement. After each update, the accessibility statement will be re-translated into Polish.
