STRATEGY FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF BACAU COUNTY

The purpose of the Project is to elaborate the integrated economic and social development strategy for Bacau County, with the overall objective to improve the efficiency of the local administration. Reference is made to the application dated 11 June 2008, and to any subsequent correspondence with the Focal Point. The completed Project shall include the following activities and results: • needs analysis, elaboration of sustainable development strategy of the county; • organisation of training sessions for 100 persons; • organisation of public meetings with the local stakeholders; • project promotion and management. The Project Promoter is the Bacau County Council. The Focal Point shall ensure that the Project Promoter provides at least 16.31 percent of the total eligible Project costs.
